If your into cross training with other sports our programs are at the top, and are a must try program for you or your athlete, if you’re not an athlete we can improve with your balance strength and over all agility. We take all ages from 5 and up. Stop in and try a month to see if you like us. _

Master Siegel can be tough but he wants you to know it and get it right!!! Master Siegel works with all age. The locker rooms are ALWAYS clean and he has SHowers so when you break a sweat you can go take a nice clean shower! :) THeres always a class to go to everyday. THeres family class, Kids class, senior class, adult class, and Kickboxing. He;s a very cool guy so don't think that you or your kids won't like him... BEacuse it impossible. He has every cool Insturors also so you'll like the instuctor no matter what.
Master Todd Seigel holds a 5th-degree black belt in taekwondo and a 2nd-degree blackbelt in hapkido. He has over 20 years of experience training and teaching martial arts. His approach to teaching students of all ages and ranks is first-rate and his school offers virtually everything anyone could want or need to become a top-notch martial artist.
Master Siegal is a great instructor. He will actually make time for you to learn. if you need one on one time he will make time for that to happen. he will help you learn the art.
