We called them to fix an older stand up ice machine that was not dispensing or making ice. We asked him to come and inspect it and give us a quote for the repairs. He quotes us $495 for parts and labor, which I thought was insanely expensive. I then called another company for a quote & second opinion. They were able to fix it within 10 minutes and only charged us $65.00. First impressions are very important, and this company unfortunately is dishonest and tried to take advantage.
