I work as assistant service manager at Mint urban , Tom , our tech for the day went above and beyond For the day.our water systems , unit do not have shut off. Shutting the building water is necessary to fix issues. One resident out of 50 residents was complaining about having no hot water. Tom went back after completing the job to make sure our boiler system was running efficiently. No on calls for me tonight. Thank you Mr. Tom
