Master Rooter were able to help us out at the last minute with a septic emergency on Easter Sunday. Dylan was excellent to deal with and very helpful and insightful. Thank you.
I called Master Rooter after another company fails to show up. Justin came the next day and discovered that I was very close to having a septic disaster. He took the time to educate me (a first time septic tank owner) on maintaining a septic tank. Master Rooter also helped me work with my home warranty company for a partial reimbursement.

So I wanted to be fair with my review so I decided to wait until another company came out and looked at the supposed problem that I had in my septic tank that this company assured me of. Just some context: Master Rooter came out, before did any work, and said there was a "huge" problem. The technicians showed up. Assessed the situation and determined my septic tank had no issues. I appreciate the honesty and rapid response, I would definitely recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
