Steven and Mark were amazing! The communication was excellent, as soon as I made the online appointment, I received a phone call to confirm for the next day. An hour before the appointment I received a call that Steven and mark were dispatched to us. We thought we needed a septic pump, Steven, within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue and turns out we didn’t need it pumped right away, he fixed the issue, and saved us $200. Stay far away from this company, they came out to my house last year because I requested a pump. They then then told me I didn’t need a pump but charged me $2500 to fix a pipe that was supposed to last me. They come back this year and the pipe was not installed correctly, but then tell me it’s no longer covered under warranty because it’s a couple months past the warranty. So now it’s looking like this was done intentionally for them to come back out for me to dish out more money. I will be taking them to court.

Ethan from Master Rooter is a stand up professional! Long story short, me and my partner are in the homebuyer process, and it was listed that the home had a septic tank. But when we reached out to master rooter, Ethan investigated the property and found that it no longer uses a septic tank and it was now on a sewer line after speaking with the county water and sewage treatment department.
