Ethan from Master Rooter is a stand up professional! Long story short, me and my partner are in the homebuyer process, and it was listed that the home had a septic tank. If I could, I'd give them 0 stars. I discussed with them the night before servicing my septic tank, and we agreed on 550 - $650 for pumping, cleaning up the filter, and checking the drain field. When they came to my house for servicing, they "discovered" a "problem" with my main drain and raised the price to $1250( this was insane). They just watched the septic tank, and they saw a main drain clogged. I asked them to service my tank as we agreed the night before, and the "technician" said he would not do that until they fix ... read more

Clear, concise, and to the point. Steve was able to immediately and accurately identify septic issues, along with a detailed explanation of causes. He provided several options and was able to resolve all issues quickly. Steve, and his helper Mark, are what I hope for in all of my professional encounters...thanks for your honesty guys.
