Wanna talk about bad service?!?!!? Goodness gracious I mean! Well you’re not going to find it here. Absolutely amazed by the initial call and then the service . These guys an gals showed up and went above and beyond. Definitely a customer and a refereral for them from here out!
The team that came to my house to pump and inspect my septic system was very professional. They made it an extremely pleasant experience. I highly recommend Master Rooter.
Steven and Mark were amazing! The communication was excellent, as soon as I made the online appointment, I received a phone call to confirm for the next day. An hour before the appointment I received a call that Steven and mark were dispatched to us. We thought we needed a septic pump, Steven, within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue and turns out we didn’t need it pumped right away, he fixed the issue, and saved us $200. Stay far away from this company, they came out to my house last year because I requested a pump. They then then told me I didn’t need a pump but charged me $2500 to fix a pipe that was supposed to last me. They come back this year and the pipe was not installed correctly, but then tell me it’s no longer covered under warranty because it’s a couple months past the warranty. So now it’s looking like this was done intentionally for them to come back out for me to dish out more money. I will be taking them to court.
