They came to my house, charged $2800 to literally connect a pipe back up... I’m still having the same issues. These people have the worst reviews on the web. I should have read them before I swiped my card...
I called them because water was backing up inside the house. Then came out under the impression of $150 to pump the tank or $99 for an inspection. He opened the tank and wrote an estimate for $3,200 and said the things needed to be taken care of immediately. The numbers he said were a price shock, so I got an second opinion. It turns out nothing was wrong with the septic tank. The issue was a clogged pipe under the house going into the septic tank. I paid them the $100, but I saved $3,100!
Very great experience came and got the job done! Kyle was very nice and went above and beyond! Thank you!!!
