This company was amazing. We had a damp or mould problem in our leased apartment and it was causing our contents to grow mould. The technician performed a full inspection and prepared a detailed report for the real estate that helped us get out of our lease. The following day he dropped off everything we needed to clean the apartment and made himself available via phone to answer our many questions. Our experience was excellent and would definitely recommend them!
The technician recently responded to our water damaged unit. He completed the job efficiently and effectively without any fuss and even offered to move furniture around that was in the way. It was easy to communicate with him and he was prompt with his replies. Highly recommend this company!!

I rang this company at four thirty am on a saturday morning, after an upstairs bathroom tap pipe burst flooding my house. Water was raining through the ceiling down lights to the lounge room below. This company had boys on the job by six am. A professional, friendly and competent team. They took all my stress and confusion away and dealt with the huge job at hand. This company is the best. They came to my rescue within an hour of my initial call, and they have been walking me through the process ever since. Their crew is knowledgeable, polite, on time, and clean. My claim was relatively small, but I never felt like I was being pushed aside so they could handle larger jobs. The technician walked me through the insurance process better than my insurance agent. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are the only company I will use in the future if I ever have another leak!!
