A member of the team came out to inspect our property for water damage. His communication was great and he took the time to answer our questions. He then gave us advice on how to proceed and the steps to take in priority. We are grateful to the manager and the team for their assistance over an issue that had been making us anxious.
The manager and his team are amazing to deal with during very stressful time, special mention for the technician who was assigned to our property after accidental flooding. The technician was calm and methodical in assessing the damage and making the property safe. Team did regular visits to make sure the progress was in the right direction. Highly recommend this company for any flood emergencies. Thanks again, guys.
