Water overflow affecting 6 rooms. Quick effective response. Carpet reattached well. Office staff were so helpful, reassuring and polite.
The technician went above and beyond to help us during the aftermath of storm damage. He was so attentive and communicated all the steps he was taking to ensure our home was returned to its original state. The technician has fantastic communication skills and really made us feel rest assured that our storm damage was rectifiable.
