Started off amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and seemed trustworthy - until they stopped communicating anything with me... it's been 3 months with no resolution to work they were supposed get done, as well as sending out an estimator who disrespected my wife when she tried to explain to him the situation while I was at work. He refused to look at the actual damaged cabinets that were literally sitting on my back porch, or check the notes of the insurance adjuster.
