We were so impressed with Charlotte in the office and the two technicians that refinished our bathtub. They came earlier than scheduled and got right to work and had it completed in a couple of hours. They came back the second, early again, and complete the caulk work and cleaned up beautifully. Our bathtub looks brand new again!! Totally recommend this company!!
Our bathtub was in pretty rough shape and instead of replacing it we decided to go with master refinishers to get it refinished. We are so pleased with the work they did! They did a great job on the work, answered all of our questions, and kept us informed the entire time. Our bathtub looks brand new now! I highly recommend this company!
Had an issue with my bathroom sink, I accidentally cracked it. Unfortunately I’m now living on a fixed income (my lower back gave up on ME) for obvious reasons, We have a budget. Mrs charlotte, Mr. Ernie and Mr. Malcolm the tech “ GREAT HONEST GUY” ALL OF THEM understood my situation and they were able to HELP ME & MY FAMILY. We bought a house that had been remodeled. The tub in the guest bath had some sort of white substance that kept flaking off. We tried to clean it, to no avail. I called Charlotte to come out for an evaluation and quote. She was there the same day. Seems some knucklehead had spray painted the tub. Charlotte gave us a reasonable quote to refinish the tub and assured us they would ventilate the strong smell out of the house so we could stay home. Our technician was Malcom.
