Nikki Dill was the most unprofessional person ive ever dealt with. She laughed at me and told me "she'd get to my issue's when she had time". Repairs took months to get done. My garage door was broken for 2 mths and replaced only after I moved out. Still waiting on my 1000$ deposit. Beware of this rental company. Its more of a stress than anything
If you want a stress free rental, DO NOT RENT FROM PRUDENTIAL! My son went for 3 1/2 months without heat! This was Oct 2013 - mid Jan 2014. They supplied MANY space heaters (real safe), but the temp was into the teens for several days at a time! This was the biggest repair needed, but there were many more. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau of NM and they didn't even respond. I reported them to the home office, but since they are a franchise, they really couldn't do anything. Beware of renting from prudential. If something needs repair you will wait fro months to get it fixed if it ever does. The property manager is rude and never follows through with requests stating that renters complain too much. Not a professional attitude. Do not sign a lease with them.
