As I was in a hurry to have blinds installed, Master Quality Shades acted quickly both with a quote and with supply and installation and I received the blinds ahead of promised date. From reports, the blinds look great, but I haven't seen them yet!
Sales process is disconnected from the delivered goods and service. Shop front pre sales staff was friendly and helpful. However later there was overpriced and ambiguous pricing, with up-front commitments to schedule they clearly never planned to commit to. Plenty of excuses and blaming others by staff when we complained. Don't trust a word the owner says. Installation and measurement is disconnected too. I am very happy with my new awning. It looks stunning and it's easy to operate. It was delivered on time, even though it's the busy Christmas season, and the gentlemen that installed it were polite, efficient, and left the area spotless.
