Very unprofessional, especially when they are mediocre at best. They were good for a time but that time passed about 3 years ago. Roper pump experts! Fast friendly service, and knowledgeable staff.
If you’re a small business man needing a repair on a small pump please stay away from these people. I was told that they had better things to do then work on a pump that they excepted to repair. I get a quote from them that’s twice as much then I can buy a brand new one from out of Missouri with shipping. If you need a diaphragm pump replaced or repaired do not go to these people. Any pumps for that matter call Frak tech pump parts if you need some pump parts stay away from these people they’re idiots & RIP-OFFS
