Brett Burrows is an unethical and incompetent individual. Check out Master Professional Builders reviews, it's the same company. Dealing with this business has been a horrible, stressful experience. Brett can't seem to stay on top of anything and then completely falls off the face of the planet when he's needed most. DO NOT EVEN CALL THIS BUSINESS. I've been roped in to this prick for over a year and a half and I'm still trying to get my money back/correct supplies delivered.

Signed contract but company non responsive. Promptly Took deposit and have done nothing since. Do not answer phone calls, emails or texts. Turns out Leisure Pools have stopped contracting to them. Do the right thing and contact your customers to at least advise if you have gone into liquidation. It is disgraceful making customers investigate and chase back their deposit. See master professional builders reviews as well…..

I wouldn't buy a pool from this company. The delete reviews on all their social media and don't communicate well about issues. We are 15 months into a 3 month contract and are still not finished.

I would like to highly recommend Zac Stephenson, Sales Manager. He has excellent customer service skills, was able to answer all my questions, provide a great product and price. So far he has made it a very smooth and efficient process up to signing of the contract. I am looking forward to working with the rest of the team at MPB.
