Apology - Former Customer to Current Customers. Good morning all, I should have provided feedback much, much earlier that may have prevented you all from signing with this company. Our pool commenced in September 2022 and was completed in December 2022 after delays, setbacks, cost overruns, property damage, left behind commercial/industrial/residual waste, etc. and we retained the evidence to prove it all. Same as the other reviews. Signed contract for pool earlier this year. Paid deposit. Company not contactable by phone, text, or email. Sales person has left, project manager has left. Trying to get deposit back now and frustrated because we can’t progress with another installer until investigation proceeds. Disgusting customer service by both sales person Neil and this company. Should not be selling pools to people when you are aware that the company is going down.
Paid a deposit in January for a pool. They pushed it back to end of June early July. Couldn't get a hold of them through email and all phones have been disconnected or not returning phone calls. Spoke to the pool supplier which were really helpful but now trying to get our deposit back.
We signed a contract in Nov-23 with work to commence in Jan-24, it is now Jun-24 and they haven't even visited our site. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phone. Be very wary.
If no stars was an option, I’d give this company that. There was nothing masterful, or professional about their delivery, execution or services. From not meeting contract stipulations, material delivery or basic service commitments, I wouldn’t ever recommend your business with this company.
