My husband and I purchased a new 5th wheel to live in full time in June of 2021. To say we bought the cart before the horse is an understatement. We had our 5th wheel delivered from the dealer to Wekiva Falls knowing we didn't have a truck to move it once it was delivered. Our AC went out while at Fort Wilderness. Joe and Cindy were awesome. Only mechanic that answered called and were up front and honest. Got the work done in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them

Excellent service. Replaced the fridge in my 20-year-old camper. They had to take the cooling unit off the new fridge to get it in through the door. ( ! ) Still did the whole job in about three hours. Well-equipped service truck, never had to leave to get something. Showed up on time. Fixed. Gone. Guys with tools who know what to do with them, all run by an office manager with a phone and a computer who knows what to do with them! Had some electrical issues that had me dead in the water. They sent two techs who immediately went to work. The were knowledgeable, friendly and got me taken care of at just the right time. Great job and thanks.
dont lie to people on price and if you have the product available. was told had to order then 2 weeks later said it was in stock then price went up

So camping with my twin granddaughters at fort wilderness for their first Disney trip,and upon arriving my RV slides would not fully extend.called master pro in a panic.cindy was sooo kind to me and my family,she quickly got us on their schedule.mr joe came out and fixed our camper while we were enjoying ourselves in Disney. We’re camped at Wekiva Falls RV Resort. A week after we settled in (January 21) our furnace stopped working. It was the first cold night of our stay. We had no heat; the furnace just would not ignite. I called Master Pro. They came as promised the next day! Joe and Mark didn’t spend much time diagnosing the problem- no chin rubbing, no head scratching, no humma-humma! Within 10 minutes they had replaced the ignition control board and we had heat! Very precise, very professional and very courteous! Highly recommended indeed!
