Denis is a superhero!! My 26' box truck wouldn't start 6 hrs away from home and I was freaking out! Call up master pro and I get my man Denis! He came our to where my dead truck was, figured out it was the a/c compressor, got a new one and replaced it! He arrived at 1030 and by 5pm the truck was running (with a 2 hr drive to get parts in D.C. traffic)! I would recommend these guys to anyone!! You rock Denis I cant thank you enough!!

Denis was very nice, and knowledgeable. He communicated when he stopped to pick up the part, and when he was on his way. Our starter was a bugger to get to, but he improvised and still got it done in good time, even verifying that the new and old parts were identical before attempting to put the new one on the truck. These guys are amazing. They are very professional and thorough. It took less than an hour to remove an almost 4 inch thick piece of ice covering my trailer. I definitely recommend these gentlemen.
