After many of what is referred to as “two step forward and then a big step back” progress was being made over many weeks. A Day of work here and there finally got us to a1. replaced liner 2. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. In the summer of 2019, I personally called this company to come and give me an estimate on a new pool filter because this company installed the pool when the home was owned by a previous owner. The current filter has two cartridges and you cannot backwash. Plus, the cartridges are extremely expensive and very difficult to find. Trish said that she would send Tony out the next day. Run away! Especially if she sends someone named Tony to do your pool. They will leave jobs unfinished and stop returning your calls. I went to the store to see Tish in person and she was extremely rude when I just wanted answers. This place may be cheaper, but it’s not worth the headache your about to get.
