We had the team from Master Pools install a new pool at our home in Rosebud. Right from our very first meeting, Cam and his team have made the whole process simple and an absolute pleasure. The whole experience with Master Pools was fantastic! From start to finish, the team were exceptional - friendly, professional and worked like a well-oiled machine. We couldn’t be happier with our pool, and our dog Butters definitely can’t wait to get in and start swimming! Highly recommend Master Pools!
Very Disappointing Experience The business states that they are open, but when we went there, no one was available. We also tried calling several times, but no one answered the phone. It was a complete waste of our time and very disappointing. If the business is closed or unavailable, the opening hours should be updated so customers don’t make an unnecessary trip. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.
Awesome team at Master Pools, it was a great experience from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly, delivered exactly when promised, with no hassles or surprises. Really easy to deal with and genuinely cared about getting the job right. And the service and care continues beyond install. Would definitely recommend them.
