We couldn't be happier with Master Pools, they were professional, polite and punctual at every step of the way. Cam and his team were fantastic to deal with, they were accommodating of our requests and always left the job site tidy. We are so glad we ended up choosing Master Pools. Cam and the Master Pools team have been fabulous to work with, from start to finish. After getting a quote from another pool builder that said we weren’t able to get what we wanted, I was very happy when Cam came out and said we could get what we want and for a decent price! He’s very easy to talk to and no pressure which was the best - the other builder kept pushing and calling everyday which was a big turn off! I worked with Cam at Masterpools over a few year period across two properties, each with its own set of challenges to install a pool. Nothing was ever too hard and his professionalism, problem solving ability and easy going manner made an otherwise difficult process a simple and smooth one. The installation couldn’t have gone better and the handover and post installation support absolutely first class. The entire team are to be commended on the quality of their work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Masterpools to anyone.
