Absolutely zero sense of customer service. He never took the time to listen and explain to us, just shoot back smart aleck responses. He’s the pool master and everyone else is just a simpleton. If you ask for something to be done that he doesn’t agree with he will walk off the job. Glad he did so we can take our business elsewhere.

I would also give 0 stars. Called 3 different times told I was on the list and then told I was moved up on the list. But no one will answer now. Call a different company came right out and fixed my problem.

If I could give this company "0" stars, I would. The owners Barbara/Rick Stamper put in a pool liner last year 2022. Right after the install, the liner came off track in a couple of places. Come to find out, they were to put a liner lock on the vinyl liner but cut corners to save them money. We called the company for them to come out and fix it. Did they ever come? NO. We called and called and got no answer. So, I called them this year 2023 from a different number and left a v/m for them to put in a new liner. Of course, I d... read more

I wish I could share but no one answered and no one has called back. It has been a week now. I was searching for a decently priced company in my area. I will keep searching.
