Do not use this company! The worst experience. The guy that owns this company is all talk, promises the world and doesn’t deliver. Never returns calls, doesn’t turn up when he says he will, plays manipulative games, doesn’t honour warranty. His tilers were so bad they had to pull up all the tiling up and redo. He is rude, immature and unprofessional. We have a lovely pool because we project managed it and made sure it all turned out ok. The company was a nightmare to work with. DO NOT HIRE THEM! SHANE DOES NOT PAY HIS CONTRACTORS This is the builder we hear about, that will take your project in and does not have the means $$$ to finish it. Will tell you a million of amazing stories with his great selling skill but does not fulfill his word. If you don’t want subcontractors wanting to break your pool, do not give Shane the work. The driver of your vehicle rego SB 002 needs to look before reversing onto the road. Today, 11/01/23, they reversed onto South St, Rydalmere without checking, onto the wrong side of the rd. Perhaps reverse into the driveway, that way they can see other cars on the rd as they pull out.
