At the recommendation of both my home inspector and grill installer, I sought to have my gas lines inspected to ensure that everything was connected in a safe, professional manner, and I saw that Master Plumbing was highly rated on Washington Consumer Checkbook. Master Plumbing & Mechanical sent Technician Billy to replace several corroded unions, pipe sections and a failed water pressure regulator valve serving our input water system and water meter. Billy is an OUTSTANDING plumber and a really good communicator. He evaluated how our Water system was functioning and found a serious over pressure coming the pressure regulator— and explained the needed repairs to correct the problem. I found Master on the AO Smith and State Water Heater website, and they've been a pleasure to work with. The whole process with Master was great. Elizabeth worked some magic to get me on the schedule quickly; Fred gave me a quote via email and guided me to a good solution without trying to sell me anything extra; and Kevin and the installation crew were great. In a week, I went from a leaking, 15-year old water heater to a new heat pump water heater. Thanks!
