We had a sewer back up which was cleared by another company on an emergency basis. However, that company told us we had an issue that would require replacement of sewer pipes located under the finished basement concrete floor. TO BE AVOIDED - unfortunately this company does not stand by their work. They sent an inexperienced tech to do a basic sink installation in my kitchen, at an extremely high hourly rate, and it started leaking shortly afterwards. When contacted about it, they were indignant and refused to look out it without a large service charge. This is the second issue we've had with them; they refuse to take any responsibility and are frankly a little aggressive. I am very pleased with all the work rendered by this company! Whenever I have a plumbing issue I know I can count on Master Plumbing and Mechanical to be there for me. They answer my questions respectfully and do fine and reliable work. They are a terrific company to trust with your plumbing needs that you may encounter!
At the recommendation of both my home inspector and grill installer, I sought to have my gas lines inspected to ensure that everything was connected in a safe, professional manner, and I saw that Master Plumbing was highly rated on Washington Consumer Checkbook.
