I’m being generous. As a business owner myself I’m appalled that you can’t even get a return call or leave a message because voicemail is full. Showed up for initial appt. but still issues and now can’t even get a call back. . I hope they survive with this Huge Customer Service opportunity. I’m going SOMEWHERE ELSE. EXTREMELY Disappointed .

Showed up late to 2 appointments, and did not show up for another at all. Called him to unclog the same drain pipe he cleaned a few weeks ago, and charged for another visit because he claimed he didn't clean it the previous time. He cannot even remember what he does at each house. Enters the home without knocking and makes you feel like you are beneath him. The company is unethical. They installed a pipe that did not meet any state standards in a rental house for $930. I also blame the rental management company for not being attentive. When I took the rental management over, I had to have another plumbing company to redo the work for $950. All is well because now I have an excellent plumbing company. I called them and they said they would be out but never showed. I called them again and they didn't show when they said. Called them a third time and said don't bother to come out. They tell stories.
