I did not know that when the shower handle becomes hard to use, it’s the hard water that’s blocking movement AND hot water. Thanks!

Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem with my shower valve and discussed several potential options to fix it. He picked up the necessary parts and very creatively installed them as the original installation when the house was built had been poorly done. Plan to use Kyle for any further plumbing problems we might have. The price we paid was very reasonable given the expensive Delta parts.
