After reading the other reviews, I was shocked by the customer service. We had a pipe start leaking in our kitchen, and a less pressing outdoor faucet issue. Our daughter has a very severe genetic disorder, very specific home prepared meals for her are crucial for her health and ability to function, so having a working kitchen is essential. This happened on Sunday, called on Monday for an appointment that was set up on Thursday between 11am and 2pm.
