Jon C was an excellent technician. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and made some additional repairs of work that a previous company had done poorly. He mentioned and explained some things we might want to do in the future, but didn't try to pressure into getting it done now. Great work, great tech. If they are all like Jon, your company is doing something right.

Hats off to James Rudi! He got here and stayed ALL day taking care of our 1946 home plumbing. It was a long job in a tiny kitchen. He was professional, KIND and finished the job! We appreciate him and all the folks at Master Plumbing! I will recommend to any one who asks. Thank you!

Jim was great. He arrived early and was very professional and friendly. We are very much looking forward to having reliable hot water again. We would definitely recommend him and Master Plumbing to others. Might have accidentally double posted, phone died when I was leaving my first attempt at a review. The service was worth trying to review again just to make sure credit was given.

We have worked with Master Plumbing for a couple of years and through buying an older home, there have a few unexpected critical needs that they have helped with and this time was no different. We had an emergency leak in our ceiling that could not be traced and appeared to drip through recessed lighting only.
