The service was pretty good overall. The plumber was professional and handled the issue without any major problems. The response time was a little slower than expected, but the work was done properly.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the two plumbers that we worked with through them! They were not only on time, they called to see if they could come early (which was great because we had a big issue). They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable...and really were invested in finding the best resolution for us - not just what would make them the most money. They were really easy to schedule with and communicate with. Couldn't be more thankful.

From the very first phone call, this company impressed us with their professionalism and customer service. Steve was the first technician to come out, and as a water softener specialist, he took the time to thoroughly explain how our system worked and carefully investigate the issue. Jon C was an excellent technician. He was friendly, explained what he was doing and made some additional repairs of work that a previous company had done poorly. He mentioned and explained some things we might want to do in the future, but didn't try to pressure into getting it done now. Great work, great tech. If they are all like Jon, your company is doing something right.

Hats off to James Rudi! He got here and stayed ALL day taking care of our 1946 home plumbing. It was a long job in a tiny kitchen. He was professional, KIND and finished the job! We appreciate him and all the folks at Master Plumbing! I will recommend to any one who asks. Thank you!
