Was very happy that Master Plumbers could get to my home within a few hours and this was peace of mind for me. No one likes water leaks! Rey and his assistant came and did their work. They checked my home out, made recommendations, and gave options. They were personable, professional, and did the job I requested. Also happy that parts and supplies were with them as I have used plumbers before where they had to make a run to a hardware store to get needed stuff. Quicker in and out. Appreciated. Was recommended to have some pretty substantial pipe work done. Everything went well on install but I started having problems a year later, I think it was about 5 days or so after. Asked for someone to come out and check the pipes in the sink because they had fallen completely apart, and since I was just past the warranty period of one year, they were more focused on if I could pay the trip fee rather than what caused the problem.
