Mitchell was extremely disrespectful on the phone when I just had a few questions about the quote he sent us. My wife first emailed him and he was VERY short in his response and did not answer her questions so I gave him a call. I asked why he was charging $200 for “travel” from Greenville to Spartanburg and he told me I was trying to tell him how to price his work.
