I typically come here a lot on this very day. I had a server named Cece, who was very passive, aggressive, and rude gave me a up charge without even letting me know. Usually, the young ladies are very nice and polite and will explain any charges without hesitation. This specific young lady proceeded to walk away . I wanted to speak to the manager, however the Manager was not available..
