Very professional and left our carpets looking brand new again !
I get calls from this company CONSTANTLY...despite the fact that I have told them repeatedly I AM NOT INTERESTED IN THEIR SERVICE. They call multiple times in one day. Every time I tell them to remove me from their telemarketing list. They continue to call. and when I tell them to not call again, I get some flippant comment and they hang up - and call again They keep insisting they've cleaned our carpets before and that these are follow up calls. We had all our carpets cleaned along with our sisal throw rugs and runner. We could not be happier...on time, meticulous, honest and extremely kind and thoughtful. We would definitely recommend them to our condo neighbors. We had Adam and Tammy. Great job!

I was contacted by Master Performance in December. I told the rep that I had company in town, and it would have to wait after the holidays. The representative contacted me after New Years, and I scheduled the appointment. The two gentlemen came, Tony and Alex, to perform the service. First of all, I would like to add that I try to stick with local companies. The father and son did a fantastic job. They moved almost all of the items in my house, vacuumed underneath, cleaned my carpet, and even cleaned my front door rug. The c... read more

I schedule an appointment less than 2 weeks ago to have an estimate to have my carpet stretch. Adam came out and looked over the job. He wrote up an estimated and said he couldn't do it that day. The job needed 2 men to move furniture and to help stretch the carpet. I said I would call and set up an appointment. I spoke to Craig on Monday and scheduled with him to have the job performed. I have never had a good experience with a carpet cleaning company, but MPCS finally made me a believer. My carpets look great, they were not soaked, and it was a no BS service. Thank you guys so much! And thank you for letting my dog out Alex.
My advice is to never let them take a rug away from your home. If it doesn't come back the way it should, it could take weeks to get anyone to do anything about it. If ever.
I've had great results with my wall to wall carpet, but they took a 10X12 from a friend in June and I'm still trying to get it fixed. It came back clean, but too wrinkled to walk on. Someone keeps telling me they will resolve the issue, but all I get is "I'll call you" and no one calls.
