Been here a few times- I’m prone to having my polish chip off. So far I haven’t had any issues with chipping! Staff are always friendly, clean, nice place. I enjoy my pedicures here!
I have been to Mastwrnails a few times now for myself and with small grandchildren. Every visit is a pleasure and we have had a variety of staff do services and ea h and everyone has been a pleasant and professional experience. They are knowledgeable in their craft and customer service is an evident priority of this business. Booking online is easy and ia what I have always done but I am sure that every walk in customer ia dealt qith in a very timely manner.

I’m unfortunately very unhappy with my experience during my recent visit. I came in expecting a relaxing, spa-like service and left feeling stressed and disappointed. The service started with the removal of my old set, which I had done myself. That part went fairly smoothly, with a few hot spots but nothing major.
