Always clean and friendly. The mani/pedi is fine. Would like them to spend a bit more time on the pedi, especially the scraping done on the rough spots.
I take my 4 year old daughter here and my wife goes, the place is amazing. Friendly staff to both my wife and daughter. They keep her entertained so she doesn't touch her nails together. Even if she does, they're fast to fix it without any gripes. I'd definitely recommend it.
I have it one star but only because I don't think I can give it zero which would do this rating more justice. The staff is super rude and dismissive. They do not acknowledge you when you walk in until you legit walk up to them and start talking to them. Terrible experiences both times I have gone and the manicure and pedicure were average at this. I only had gone because it is near my work but I rather go manicure and pedicure deprived before I we've stepped foot back there AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
