Master Tech Auto completely misdiagnosed my problem. They told me my overheating was due to fan blade assm. It was not, it was a computer board that was fried. When asked why they were off on their diagnosis, they said, we go by proccess of elemination. I didnt pay them to eleminate possible problems, i pay them to diagnosis the actual problem. The money i spent trying to fix parts that didnt need to be replaced, could of been used to put a down payment on a good car, but because of them, I can't!!! Plus they tried to up sel... read more

So I recently took my sonata for an alignment. Once I got it back and took it for a drive, the alignment was worse than when I took it in. They said to bring it back tomorrow morning but when I got there at 8:30 they couldn't help me. I called in late for work because I'd figured they help me out but no they refused. Don't recommend
Lastimosamente tenía un desviamiento en mi carro cuando manejaba por la curva , fui con ellos y me dijeron que el carro necesitaba una pieza que costaba 1900 dólares con todo y mano de obra más la alineación , la cosa es que el total era 2700 dólares !!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 después fui con un mecánico de esos lugares pequeños y fue honesto conmigo me cobró $250 de los amortiguadores con todo y mano de obra ….
