Had my air conditioner compressor replaced; now blowing cold air! Chris was thorough in explaining the troubleshooting process. Had it all done the same day and the price was lower than 3 other quotes in the area. Will definitely use their services in the future.
I had safety inspection and new tags. The car's battery died and was replaced with a new battery. This caused the system in need of care. The feel of the ride was not normal. They asked me to drive it for some distance. Upon arrival, again, they came running out and put the car under inspection again. Car passed smoothly. The dash computer was messed up. My experience at Master Auto Tech was great they we polite very professional and knowledgeable on what would be best for my truck, they fast at getting the parts I needed for my truck, and the were able to get everything installed quickly. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I will be going back to them again.
I brought my car in to be looked at and was told after their inspection that I had complete transmission failure and that it would need to be replaced or rebuilt and that they couldn’t help me with it. They said that the car could breakdown at any time which, as you can imagine, was really stressful. I then took it to the dealership and paid for a second diagnostic to figure out next steps.
