They were so great to talk to. Very informative and helpful.
I took my car in on a Tuesday for a single stripped helicoil repair (spark plug threads). They told me they’d need to keep it for “a couple of days,” which I figured meant two, maybe three tops. After their inspection, they told me my engine oil was dirty – which I knew wasn’t true because I’d just had it changed a week before. I was stranded in SLC and tried a business there. I was given a massive bill and an attitude. I towed my car to Master AutoTech. I shared my story and then they did everything they could to get the bill where I could afford to fix my car. They gave it a thorough overview and I left feeling my car was safe and an excellent location for future issues. Thanks for a great job and a kind attitude!
These guys are great! I came in for an oil change early Saturday morning and they got me in as quick as they could. They looked over my car and Bryce let me know a couple things I should keep in mind for the future but he wasn’t pushy on anything. I will be coming here for all future car needs!
