I was stranded in SLC and tried a business there. I was given a massive bill and an attitude. I towed my car to Master AutoTech. I shared my story and then they did everything they could to get the bill where I could afford to fix my car. They gave it a thorough overview and I left feeling my car was safe and an excellent location for future issues. Thanks for a great job and a kind attitude!
These guys are great! I came in for an oil change early Saturday morning and they got me in as quick as they could. They looked over my car and Bryce let me know a couple things I should keep in mind for the future but he wasn’t pushy on anything. I will be coming here for all future car needs!

Staff was super friendly and wanted to help out. But, don’t take your Tesla there. They don’t have the knowledge or tools to properly do the work. I paid $180 for them to work on the A/C and it was worse afterwards. I called them and they told me I needed to take it to Tesla. I told them I basically paid for them to make it worse and they weren’t interested in that conversation. I took it to Tesla and they said the system was overcharged and too much coolant was put in.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Master AutoTech in South Ogden. We chose this shop because it’s close to our home, but that convenience quickly turned into frustration. We brought our vehicle in due to a service light and a suspected transmission issue or misfire—we weren’t sure which, since we’re not mechanics. After running diagnostics, the shop found two codes, both indicating a transmission problem.
