Called up to ask for a quote (rough estimate for basic parts and labour) for a service for my car. The lady said yes she can provide me with a quote and asked for my vehicle information. After i gave her my vehicle information she said she won't give me a quote because she doesn't give quotes 😂. I asked her why she had just said confirmed with me and said yes, then and asked for my vehicles information? She just said she's not doing it now and hung up 😂. Interesting customer service.
