We have a 2021 Grand Design Momentum 376THS with the Morryde IS. We noticed that the IS didn't look right on the driver side and looked in need of an alignment. We were headed to AZ, so we found Duane's business and the good reviews and made the appointment. Our 5th wheel RV came from the manufacturer with MORryde Independent Suspension. After towing about 1,500 miles, we noticed a major alignment issue with one wheel. We were lucky to be staying near Buckeye and found MMA on a list of known service centers for the MORryde system. Have a 40ft gooseneck flatbed trailer. Was told by other places it couldn't be aligned. Called and they said they would give it a shot. Showed up and they got straight to work. Was way out of alignment and they got it almost dead true on the alignment. Great guys. Very respectful and great conversation. Helpful and very good at what they do. They definitely got a customer here now.
I recently scheduled a wheel bearing check, repack, and alignment for my 5th wheel. To make a long story short the two gentlemen that handled our needs were awesome. They diagnosed a major issue that involved a manufacturer defect. They worked with me, the manufacturer, and another shop to ultimately have a satisfactory warranty outcome. I really appreciate MMA’s work and will use them again if in the area.
