Had a 90 minute with Jeremy today. Perfect communication with pressure. Felt amazing! He listened to what my needs were and addressed them so well. Highly highly recommend!!

Jeremy was amazing!! I hurt my lower back at the gym, had very little mobility. He was punctual and professional. He listened to where I needed work and made sure to focus on specific places on my body, I didn’t know affected those areas. My mobility has already increased and gave me some tips I can do in my own time. 10/10! Would recommend for either a single time or for regular visits. I’ve known him for a while and he always has a comforting demeanor about him.
