The absolute best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a mechanic. I think I spoke with Mark over the phone who helped me out so much. They truly care more about the wellbeing of your vehicle than getting a sale. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
Gosh these guys are certainly the best mechanics we’ve dealt with over the last 30 years. Always there for us when needed regardless if short notice, consciously go out of their way to recommend the most cost effective way to fix our vehicles, excellent result from their work and really nice people. We have been more than delighted with every service they have provided for us. And soooo much than affordable than getting work the done by dealers of our cars’ brand.
Overly pedantic. Small dent in sill from jacking damage and failed WOF. Meant we had to go to panel beaters for repairs for $500 for a silly dent. Ridiculous. Previously had "replaced" blades with incorrect type so had to replace again.
Took my car in to find an obscure noise that had been occurring for a few months and two other mechanics weren't able to find. The Master Mechanics boys found the fault and fixed it. Were able to fit me in that day and fix it along with some other issues for a great price. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.
This team is great - they stayed there late for me when I got the closing time wrong and even vacuumed out the insides of my car for me completely unexpectedly.defs recommend.
