They told me they were replacing my 80% efficiency furnace with one that was "much more efficient". They replaced it with another 80% efficiency furnace. I called the owner to complain and asked him to do what he thought was right. He went off on me over the phone and decided the "right thing to do" was charge me the original price of $2000 plus tax.
