I previously gave a good review but I was wrong. A week after they replaced my a/c condenser, my a/c stopped working. They blame it on a bad tube that they say broke a week after they charged me $1200. They also said they tested the system for leaks after they did the job and found none. Now, a week later they found a leak. I took a chance on this place and made a BIG mistake.
Very professional from start to finish. I was able to get my car in for repairs quickly and it was done the same day, with good communication about what needed to be done with estimates so I was well informed throughout the process!
Such an amazing experience with JOHN۔ Had an engine light on in my car for 4 weeks. Have been to 4 different mechanics and they couldn't find the exact root cause they and just charge me for replacing different parts other than the issue. Booked an appointment with John, same day they catch the problem and very next day replaced the faulty part. Excellent and straightforward service.
