The counter guy was noticeable flustered and came across rude when I asked basic questions
I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a mechanic with appointment openings during the winter season that could get me in. Until I spoke with Dave Burkholder at master mechanic Waterloo he got me in as soon as possible and made me feel at ease and his crew were super fast and got me back on the road in no time. Thank you so much Dave I will Definitely be coming back in the future. And thank you to the guys and gals at Master Mechanic.

Had a Amazing first time experience!! I had Winter tires installed, off rims very fast and efficient service, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this location the staff were kind and polite professionals and weren’t wasting time, seem to be very knowledgeable , while I was there waiting I watch them act on behalf of the customers interests and not just try to up sell unnecessary services or repairs.
