Dropped by without an appointment today to have my air conditioner checked out. I could not have been happier. Honest, professional, attentive, provided unexpected fee-free service, very friendly... I have found my new mechanics. I will be recommending Master Mechanics Waterloo to my family and friends.
Showed up as a vendor, however after talking with the manager Brittany and one of her techs, I asked for a quote for my Camaro for some fairly expensive repair work. 2 struts, brakes for all 4 corners, and I would have needed tires. It's been 4 weeks and no one has called me with a quote. I was told I'd hear from them the next day, nothing. 2 weeks later, nothing. i had my vehicle serviced there. the service advisor sent me a detailed report with photo and took me in to the shop to see the car. would recommend to anyone as they explain why the parts need replacing and are honest about safety concerns
Got my AC system diagnosed on May 27, 2025, and I've been told my car needs a new condenser/drier assembly, which they offered to replace for over $700. Bought a new condenser for $140 and replaced it myself in my own driveway, which took about an hour. Called them again on May 30th to book an appointment for an AC recharge, and that appointment was granted.
