The most amazing experience at this location. I had an emergency blown front tire and was quoted an exorbitant amount from Ford dealership. Master mechanic was my second call for an alternative quote and immediately had my car towed over. Sam was helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me different options and kept me updated. I walked out with four new tires for 60% less the quoted price from the dealership same day! Thank you so much Sam and team! You made an incredibly stressful situation, seamless.
They were able to diagnose and fix my car within a few hours. I called with my car issue and Sam said to bring it right in. No notice, no appointment. Awesome customer service.
