When our 10 year old car started to act up at the beginning of our 7hr drive home, Victoria and Carlo were gracious enough to fit us in and personally examine our car to make sure we made it home safely. They literally saved us time, money, worry all the while treating us like regular customers!!! Wow, would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, family owned business that strives to offer great service with a smile! Thanks again.

After being treated badly at a dealership, and being told the job of replacing a turn signal bulb would be difficult, I went to Master Mechanic for the first time. The job was done in 4 minutes. I will be taking my business to Carlo from now on. May 2025 I went back to have my brakes checked and fixed, oil change, and tires changed. Great service, and very friendly staff. If you are looking for a reliable mechanic and great service, I highly recommend Master Mechanic in Grimsby.
