Extremely happy with the customer service at MMC. Prompt, but even if they have to keep your vehicle longer than expected, they will keep you updated which I like. No guess work. Their price is fair and they don’t try to upsell like some places do. They do the work you want and that’s it. Good work so far on all my vehicles. Very trusted in the community.
Very happy with how these gentlemen handled my emergency. If you aren’t from the area and need a mechanic, this is the place. Car troubles on vacation is never a good situation, especially when you have a family member as mechanic back home. These guys were extremely honest and helped me get back on the road at a fair price to do the major repairs back home.
I have been bringing my Van here for about 5 years. They are always upfront and explain things clearly. I haven't had a repair done here that wasn't close to the estimate, or took longer than they said. Also they don't make me feel like an idiot for asking them to explain it twice or three times.
Amazing customer service and very fast and efficient. Nice to have a spot that you can completely trust. No unnecessary charges like so many other places. I highly recommend them. Mark was my contact and he was great.
