Took my wifes 2018 bmw X1 there. Huge mistake. Asked if they could pressure test the cooling system, sensing there may be a leak. They said yes, so I booked my appt a few days later. Dropped my car off and received a call a couple of hours later saying they didn't have the equipment to do the pressure test that i spefically asked about! Further, they ended up charging me 187 dollars to tell me that I need to go to a dealer. Maybe for simple things on NA vehicles, they may be ok. For an import, I would go elsewhere.
