I was a customer at Master Mechanic for about three years. Recently, I had a car towed to Master Mechanic that had ben sitting at my home for over six months. It was obvious that the vehicle needed a new battery and I was specific in my request to replace the dead battery. They sold me a “premium battery” and charged me an additional $60 for “testing” the battery. I found the additional $60 charge unreasonable.
