If it was possible I would give this shop a 10 star... I've recently moved to Brantford and stumbled upon Master Mechanic for a tire repair bob and his team got my tire fixed in 15mins, I had a very friendly and kind experience here. I would highly recommend using this shop again due to my first time experience with them.
I was recommended to come here by my father as he has had nothing but great experiences from Bob and his team of mechanics I recently came in for an oil change and bobs mechanic had given my vehicle a full inspection and noticed I needed a control arm replaced, he got my repairs done fast and same day. Thank you so much bob and your team for getting my car fixed same day!!
This is the place to go!!!! We had several issues with our Buick and was pretty hesitant to walk into a random mechanic shop fearing the worse. Well we walked into the right shop. Not only did he take us in right away Bob showed us everything step by step, full explanation and a working car!! Bob thank you so much for being professional, transparent and so friendly.
