Very disappointed with our experience at Master Mechanic. We brought our truck in on Jan 28, 2025, because it wouldn’t start—just days after getting the battery, oil, and filters replaced there. After my husband went to great lengths to get the truck to the shop, he was told to leave it running. Hours later, we got a call saying they couldn’t find the vehicle—because it had been stolen from their lot around 11:30 AM.
