I have brought multiple vehicles here many times for all kinds of service that I need. Mike and his team are amazing. They are polite, professional, and prompt. I will be a continued customer. Edit: this location is under new staff and management. My review is not accurate for the current staff
The owner Kyle is super knowledgeable, friendly and very fair with pricing. All the mechanics in the shop are keen and professional, counter staff are kind and informative with regard to vehicle status. Kyle treats all customers like family. Honest and straight forward. I would not recommend another shop in the Durham area. Thanks again Kyle and the master mechanic Ajax team.
Never met bigger scammers in my 30+ years driving. Dishonest practices and answers arrogantly when asked why the prices are 3 times as much as the last time I came. It was good when Mike owned it!
Scammers with fake reviews. They charged me twice for 1 set of rotors. Make sure to go over the breakdown of costs with these guys. Very unprofessional, never coming again or recommending to any one else.
