It appears that my review from last week has disappeared.. UPDATE: On May 9, 2025, I purchased summer tires from another shop, had them put on my summer rims, and installed on my car.. they did not touch my brakes and they do not provide services other than tire swaps and sales. They advised that I go to a mechanic to get the noise diagnosed. To be clear, Master Mechanic was the last shop to take my brakes off. Took my car here for an oil change on January 10, 2025. They provided me with an inspection report which included pictures of my brakes clearly off the rotors.. or whatever they connect to when put on. My car has been making a weird noise ever since, and I called them about it, but they were too busy during my availability. I finally had time to get it checked. It turns out that Master Mechanic forgot to put my front right brake back on!!! My new mechanic told me that I could have died or killed someone else! Needless to say... read more
