They were willing to not only look at and fix only what we asked for, but also shuttled us and our car back and forth to our home. If that wasn't enough, when we discovered that money that we had left in the car had been stolen (which we admitted was our fault for leaving it in there) they completely reimbursed us for the amount that had been lost. They go above and beyond and we will definitely be going back for our future car needs.
I will never take my car here again. Over a year of complaints about an engine replacement just to have them tell me the problems are "normal" and "within spec". Burning oil and stinking and the car dyeing on a regular basis are not normal. Never use Master Mechanic.
