Called to schedule an oil change and the owner was incredibly rude and angry. I live very close to the shop but I’d rather pay more and drive further away then support this man with my business. The two younger mechanics are nice but the the owner needs Jesus!
I asked Mr. Suggested if he could repair the light's on my horse trailer. He said sure. He insisted on buying a new breakaway set though Ai had already purchased a new battery fir my old breakaway. When I came to.pickup my trailer He said it was a big mess and something about creatures messing up the wiring. He wrote "Inspection" on the $650bill and said I needed someone else to fix the mess. Had to get an alignment and decided to do an oil change too. Was one of the cleanest auto repair places I have ever seen. This place looks better than most car dealerships. The service was fast, accurate and was delivered when promised. There are not a lot of places to get this type of work done. I will go back for other services; this place moved into my default repair shop for any of our vehicles... I highly recommend this place.
Had my truck worked on by this shop, had it towed to them due to an assumed overheating issue. I picked my truck up the following week, got almost to back to Chiefland, and it broke down on me, doing the exact same thing it was doing prior to them working on it. I called them and told them. They sent me a tow truck to have it sent back to their shop, never mentioned I was responsible for the tow.
