Negative Review!. My experience was extremely unpleasant after interacting with the technician in charge. I took my truck to get the State inspection to Master Lube located at 7849 N Loop Dr. El Paso, Texas. The technician in charge of doing the inspection posses poor customer service skills and a very authoritarian attitude. He even slammed my hood very hard twice on purpose because I told him to handled my vehicle with care. He yells back at customers! Very disappointing experience. RecommendedZaragoza location: Cost is average, customer service needs a lot of improvement. The staff could use some work on being attentive and courteous to customers. This location is close to my house but my preference has always been the north loop location- north loop staff is friendly and attentive.
This place doesn't even deserve one star..... taken my car there for oil change in the past but today my car magically grew a very unique oil filter that was gonna require an additional 20$ ..... never heard anything about this so called "magical filter" ever in all the times I've changed the oil(every 3,000)...... F this place and shame on u for trying to hustle me
